•MRI Job Type Contract Step into an essential diagnostic role with a focus on MRI imaging. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel in delivering high-quality patient care in fast-paced healthcare environments. You'll support critical imaging services and collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare teams.
Schedule/Hours:
Variable Part-Time Shift (24 hours weekly)
Wednesdays:
12:00 pm
•11:00 pm
Thursdays:
12:00 pm
•11:00 pm Participation in on-call rotation (weeknight 11:00 pm
•5:30 am and weekends; flexible involvement)
Qualifications:
Current ARRT(MR) certification required BLS certification Minimum of two years of experience in MRI imaging Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team setting
Key Responsibilities:
Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with physician protocols Ensure patient safety through accurate positioning and thorough screening for contraindications Educate and comfort patients throughout imaging procedures Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide timely and effective imaging services Participate in the on-call schedule as needed, supporting both scheduled and urgent imaging needs
