$2,412/base gross weekly pay ($67/hour, 36 hours/week) Additional pay for twice weekly overnight on-call coverage: must arrive on-site within 30 minutes of initial notification or page.

Key Responsibilities:

In this vital role, you will operate advanced radiologic imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images that assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients effectively. Your expertise in various imaging modalities, including X-ray, and CT, will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a stable and supportive environment where your technical proficiency and commitment will directly impact patient outcomes and clinical success. Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality imaging results that support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort while adhering to aseptic techniques. Implement radiation safety protocols diligently to protect patients, staff, and yourself from unnecessary exposure during all imaging procedures. Develops film by automatic or manual processing. Conduct diagnostic evaluations across various settings including outpatient settings and emergency room settings. Transport patients to and from the department if indicated. Maintain detailed documentation of imaging procedures, patient information, and technical parameters in compliance with healthcare regulations. Files and retrieves films. Records and provides charges for procedures performed.

Required:

1+ years experience as a Registered Radiology Technician Experience in CT scanning preferred Knowledge of radiation safety procedures and implementing radiation safety protocols effectively Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology to accurately position patients for diagnostic imaging Familiarity with medical terminology related to radiology and diagnostic evaluation processes Demonstrated ability to maintain aseptic technique during invasive or sterile procedures involving interventional radiology or nuclear medicine Apply here now: Click this link and complete your application: https://patriotnursing.nextcrew.app/register Required documents to get started: You must upload all required documents before picking up shifts.
