Operate GE or Toshiba scanners, support radiology staff, and maintain compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality CT imaging for inpatient and emergency patients, following facility protocols and safety standards. Operate GE or Toshiba CT scanners, including contrast administration and power injections, positioning patients accurately. Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, ensuring regulatory and hospital policy compliance. Collaborate with radiologists and department staff to troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues promptly. Perform X-ray procedures, including fluoroscopy, across various body parts during night shifts.
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program or equivalent education. ARRT certification, Wisconsin state license, and BLS certification. At least 1 year of radiology experience, including CT imaging. Experience working independently in acute care settings. Ability to work evenings and rotate weekends. Excellent patient care skills and strong technical proficiency with GE or Toshiba CT scanners.
