Your Role:

Plan, organize, and oversee recreational programs and activities that meet the physical, mental, and social needs of residents Develop monthly activity calendars and ensure a variety of engaging programs are provided Encourage resident participation while fostering a supportive, inclusive environment Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and outside community resources to enhance programming Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines Ensure activities comply with safety standards and promote resident well-being Perform other duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment

Who We're Looking For:

Experience in activity planning, recreation therapy, or a related field (NCCAP certification a plus) Strong organizational and communication skills A creative, energetic, and caring personality Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a long-term care setting Passion for enriching the lives of residents through meaningful engagement Ready for a rewarding career?
