Job Summary Prairie Crossing Living & Rehab Center is seeking a caring, compassionate, and empathetic Activity Aide to join our team. We are a 92-bed facility certified for skilled and intermediate care, located in Shabbona, IL - only 16 miles SW of DeKalb, and 20 miles SE of Rochelle. Our mission is to be the preferred senior living provider offering value, choice and independence while promoting health and social interactions, to exceed our residents' and guests expectations while enriching the lives of those we serve and employ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working in conjunction with the Activities Director in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activities programming.
