Responsibilities Build strong rapport with residents through personalized interactions, ensuring activities promote socialization and emotional fulfillment. Collaborate with caregiving staff to assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure safety during participation. For activities, ensuring timely setup, execution, and cleanup of events while maintaining accurate records of participation. Help residents complete daily task Every other weekend required Skill Excellent communication skills to connect with residents. Experience coordinating resident event Compassionate approach to caregiving with a focus on resident rapport building.
