Overview Join our vibrant community as a Part-Time Activities Director where your enthusiasm and creativity will bring joy and engagement to our high-functioning special needs adults, In this dynamic role, you will design, coordinate, and lead a variety of recreational programs tailored to the interests and needs of residents. Your passion for enhancing quality of life will foster meaningful connections, promote social interaction, and support residents' physical and emotional well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact. Responsibilities Build strong rapport with residents through personalized interactions, ensuring activities promote socialization and emotional fulfillment. Collaborate with caregiving staff to assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure safety during participation. For activities, ensuring timely setup, execution, and cleanup of events while maintaining accurate records of participation. Help residents complete daily task Every other weekend required Skill Excellent communication skills to connect with residents. Experience coordinating resident event Compassionate approach to caregiving with a focus on resident rapport building. Team leadership skills to collaborate effectively with staff members across departments. This role is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about enriching the lives of our residents.
