Duties Plan, organize, and facilitate a variety of recreational activities, social events, and wellness programs tailored to residents' interests and abilities Manage activity schedules efficiently to ensure a balanced mix of entertainment, and socialization. Coordinate community outings, special events, and family visits to foster community involvement and strengthen relationships Provide counseling on aging issues and support social work initiatives aimed at enhancing residents' emotional well-being Work closely with staff to ensure a safe environment that respects individual needs. Experience Proven experience in event planning Strong communication skills to effectively engage residents, families, and team members
