Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Lifestyle Coordinator to inspire and enhance the quality of life for our residents. In this vital role, you will develop engaging activities, coordinate community events, and foster meaningful social interactions that promote well-being and independence. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will create a vibrant, supportive environment where residents feel valued, connected, and empowered. Duties Plan, organize, and facilitate a variety of recreational activities, social events, and wellness programs tailored to residents' interests and abilities Manage activity schedules efficiently to ensure a balanced mix of entertainment, and socialization. Coordinate community outings, special events, and family visits to foster community involvement and strengthen relationships Provide counseling on aging issues and support social work initiatives aimed at enhancing residents' emotional well-being Work closely with staff to ensure a safe environment that respects individual needs. Experience Proven experience in event planning Strong communication skills to effectively engage residents, families, and team members
