Position Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while collaborating with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care within our long-term care and rehabilitation setting. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care Current BLS/CPR certification required Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress Administer medications and treatments as ordered Identify and promptly communicate changes in resident condition Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Provide education and support to residents and their families Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations Promote a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents Supervise and support nursing assistants to help ensure quality care deliver We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
