Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to review referrals for admission to building.

The RN/LPN would review records and ensure benefits current for new admissions. Assist in all paperwork for a new admit, to include admission assessment. Complete 703's for submission. Communicate with DON and MD regarding needs of new admit. Gather and send in documentation for review dates of skilled residents. Assist with floor duties as needed. On-Call rotation averaging 1 day per week.
