Responsibilities Perform aesthetic consultations and patient assessments Administer neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers Provide IV infusion and wellness treatments Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare Maintain accurate clinical documentation Recognize contraindications and appropriately manage or escalate complications Provide excellent patient care and follow-up Collaborate with the medical director and medspa team Maintain a clean, professional, and safe treatment environment Qualifications Active, unrestricted California RN license Previous aesthetic nursing experience required Demonstrated injectable experience IV infusion experience preferred Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety Excellent communication and bedside manner Professional, personable, detail-oriented, and dependable Passion for aesthetics and wellness Strong commitment to patient safety and exceptional client experience What We Offer Full-time or part-time flexibility Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level Performance-based earning opportunities Professional and supportive work environment Opportunities for continued aesthetic education Opportunity to grow and develop an aesthetic clientele Employee treatment/product benefits may be available Compensation Compensation is based on experience, injectable skill level, IV experience, and overall qualifications , with potential performance-based incentives.
