Desired Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 1 year of recent pediatric nursing experience Proficiency with pediatric medication administration, patient assessments, and care planning Strong knowledge of pediatric illnesses, treatments, and family-centered care Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and healthcare team members Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents Accurately administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement pediatric care plans Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and at-home care instructions Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in patient safety initiatives Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
