Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current and active RN license in California Experience as a school nurse or in another pediatric or clinical setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, families, and colleagues Ability to assess, intervene, and document student health needs efficiently Knowledge of school health regulations and best practices CPR and First Aid certification required

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide daily on-site care for students requiring assistance due to illness, injury, or chronic medical conditions Administer medications and perform routine health screenings as needed Maintain accurate student health records and ensure confidentiality Collaborate closely with school staff and parents regarding student care Execute health education initiatives and provide staff training on relevant topics Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in crisis management when necessary As a valued team member, youll make a genuine impact on student well-being and have the opportunity to work collaboratively with passionate educators and school personnel.
