Dr. Denise Sweeney has specialized in hormonal health for more than 20 years. The addition of GLP-1 medications, peptide therapies, nutritional support, and aesthetic services has allowed Wellness Edge to provide an increasingly comprehensive approach to long-term health and wellness. Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, comfortable working independently, and committed to creating an exceptional patient experience. In this role, you will assist with the clinical management of our weight-management, hormone-replacement, and wellness programs. You will also help coordinate laboratory follow-up, patient education, medication support, procedures, and general clinical operations. An interest or background in nutrition, weight management, hormone health, aesthetics, or functional medicine is strongly preferred. Experience with laser or radiofrequency devices is also highly desirable. You will work alongside a collaborative and supportive team while developing your knowledge in the rapidly growing fields of wellness medicine, metabolic health, hormone optimization, and aesthetics. Responsibilities Assist in managing patients enrolled in medical weight-management and GLP-1 programs. Support hormone-replacement and wellness patients under physician direction. Review and organize laboratory results and coordinate appropriate patient follow-up. Provide patient education regarding medications, injections, nutrition, supplements, skincare, and treatment plans. Administer injections and perform other nursing procedures within the RN scope of practice. Assist with aesthetic, laser, and radiofrequency treatments based on training, experience, and applicable regulations. Accurately document patient encounters, communications, medications, and treatment information. Prepare patient charts and ensure necessary laboratory results, forms, and clinical information are available before appointments. Respond to patient questions and coordinate messages between patients, providers, pharmacies, and laboratories. Assist with phone calls, scheduling needs, patient inquiries, and other administrative responsibilities when needed. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical and staff areas. Prepare treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment for clinical and aesthetic procedures. Educate patients about appropriate supplements, skincare products, and wellness services. Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment. This is not an aesthetic injector position Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted California Registered Nurse license. Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience. Current Basic Life Support certification. Strong clinical documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable working with electronic health records and learning multiple medical software systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain accuracy and professionalism in a busy clinical environment. Comfortable educating patients about supplements, skincare products, and available wellness services. Dependable, proactive, and willing to assist with both clinical and operational responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in weight management, gynecology, hormone replacement, endocrinology, functional medicine, or women's health. Experience with GLP-1 medications or medically supervised weight-loss programs. Nutrition education, certification, or a strong personal interest in nutrition. Experience operating laser, radiofrequency, or other aesthetic devices. Experience in a private practice, concierge medicine, wellness, or medical-aesthetic environment. What We Offer For eligible full-time employees: Compensation of $52-$58 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Four-day workweek. No nights, weekends, or major holidays.
