Demand-Based About Vita Eterna:

Vita Eterna is a new luxury aesthetics and wellness practice built around a simple philosophy: Luxury Comes to You. Based in our private studio in Jensen Beach, Vita Eterna will provide both studio and concierge services throughout Florida's Treasure Coast, including Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties. We are building our founding clinical team and seeking experienced, highly professional Nurse Practitioners who want to help shape an elevated, relationship-driven aesthetics practice from the beginning. Luxury at Vita is not simply the setting or the products we use. It is how we care for people.

The Opportunity:

This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity for an experienced aesthetic NP who values flexibility, clinical excellence, natural-looking outcomes and highly personalized client care. Vita Eterna plans to engage up to two Founding Providers to create scheduling flexibility, coverage and concierge availability as the practice grows. This is not a traditional fixed full-time schedule. Client-facing hours will initially be driven by demand and Provider availability, with no guaranteed minimum weekly hours. Services will be provided from our Jensen Beach studio and through Vita Eterna's concierge model at approved residences, luxury communities, corporate offices, hotels/resorts and private events throughout the Treasure Coast. As a Founding Provider , you will have the opportunity to help bring Vita Eterna's mission and vision to life from the very first client experience and contribute to the workflows, standards and culture of a growing practice.

Services:

Depending on training, credentialing and Vita Eterna competency clearance, services may include: Neurotoxin treatments, including BOTOX® Dermal fillers Sculptra® IV and wellness therapies Wellness injections Comprehensive aesthetic consultations and individualized treatment planning Client education, follow-up and clinical documentation Medical-grade skincare recommendations and complementary treatment education Additional aesthetic and wellness services will be introduced as Vita Eterna expands.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal Founding Provider combines excellent clinical judgment and technical skill with warmth, professionalism and an exceptional client experience.

Required qualifications include:

Current, unrestricted Florida APRN licensure Appropriate national Nurse Practitioner board certification Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetics/injectable experience; 3+ years preferred Hands-on experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers Strong consultation and individualized treatment-planning skills Excellent clinical documentation and client-education habits High standards for safety, sanitation, ethics and clinical compliance Polished, professional presence and strong communication skills Comfort providing both studio and concierge care Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties Sculptra experience is preferred but not required. Vita Eterna may arrange approved product-specific training for the right candidate. Some evening and Saturday availability is strongly preferred. We are especially interested in Providers who believe in listening before recommending, avoiding over-treatment and pressure selling, and developing long-term relationships built on trust, personalization, discretion and thoughtful follow-through.

Compensation:

This is a production-based 1099 opportunity rather than a guaranteed hourly-wage position. Based on Vita Eterna's current compensation model, expected effective clinical earnings are approximately $80-$100+ per productive clinical hour as volume and performance develop.

The compensation framework also includes:

Quarterly performance opportunity Separately compensated eligible concierge travel and preparation time Compensation for designated Vita-required training, meetings, content and events No minimum hours or earnings are guaranteed.
