Regular travel between both locations Position Overview Cellebration is seeking an experienced, autonomous Florida-licensed APRN to provide direct patient care and clinical leadership across both locations. Responsibilities include patient assessment and treatment, multi-location oversight, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, protocol and SOP development, staff training, adverse-reaction management, pharmacy and laboratory coordination, and support for the Sunset Harbour clinic opening. The APRN will collaborate with the Medical Director, clinical staff, pharmacy and laboratory partners, clinic management, and executive leadership. Required Licensure and Credentials Applicants must possess and maintain:

• An active, unrestricted Florida APRN license.
• Current Florida Board of Nursing registration for autonomous practice.
• An unrestricted DEA registration appropriate to the position.
• Prescriptive authority consistent with the role.
• A graduate degree from an accredited advanced-practice nursing program.
• Current national board certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification or willingness to obtain it within the required timeframe.
• Completion of credentialing, background screening, education verification, license verification, and professional-reference checks.

Clinical and Multi-Location Responsibilities:

• Travel regularly between Sunny Isles Beach and Sunset Harbour.
• Conduct consultations, histories, assessments, follow-up visits, diagnoses, prescribing, testing, and treatment planning within authorized scope and applicable law.
• Review medications, medical histories, laboratory results, allergies, contraindications, and risk factors before treatment.
• Provide and oversee IV therapy, infusion services, medication administration, and related nursing care.
• Demonstrate competency in IV access, infusion protocols, and management of allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, infiltration, extravasation, vasovagal events, medication reactions, and other complications.
• Maintain current emergency medications, equipment, supplies, and response procedures at both locations.
• Ensure consistent implementation of approved protocols, standing orders, consent forms, documentation standards, workflows, and safety procedures.
• Conduct clinical rounds, readiness reviews, record audits, and quality-assurance evaluations.
• Monitor staffing, supplies, medications, equipment, documentation, and regulatory readiness.
• Identify performance gaps, implement corrective actions, and escalate significant clinical, compliance, staffing, or patient-safety concerns to the Medical Director and executive leadership.
• Document clinical findings, orders, prescriptions, education, follow-up, and communications accurately and promptly.
• Support the clinical setup, readiness review, and opening of the Sunset Harbour location. Longevity and Regenerative Medicine Experience or strong interest in the following is preferred:
• Longevity, functional, integrative, or regenerative medicine
• Peptides and peptide protocols
• IV nutrient therapy
• Metabolic and medical weight management
• Hormone optimization
• Exosomes, biologic products, and stem-cell-related services
• Joint, pain, recovery, and performance optimization
• Laboratory interpretation and ongoing patient monitoring

Peptide Experience:

Consultation, prescribing, dosing, reconstitution, storage, education, monitoring, and follow-up is highly desirable. All services must remain within the practitioner's authorized scope and comply with applicable federal and Florida laws, organizational policies, and approved protocols.

Clinical Operations, Compliance, and Quality Assurance:

• Develop and maintain SOPs, clinical workflows, decision pathways, standing orders, policies, clinical binders, consent processes, and documentation standards.
• Establish medication, biologic, supply, temperature, emergency-equipment, inventory, expiration, controlled-access, and chain-of-custody logs.
• Maintain adverse-event, incident-reporting, infection-prevention, exposure-control, records-retention, credentialing, and inspection-readiness systems.
• Conduct audits of medical records, consent forms, prescriptions, provider orders, treatment documentation, medication logs, and follow-up procedures.
• Monitor licenses, DEA registrations, certifications, training records, credentialing documents, and renewal dates.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient-information practices and accurate, complete, timely, and defensible documentation.
• Participate in incident review, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure services are not launched until appropriate providers, protocols, authorizations, consent forms, training, supplies, emergency procedures, documentation, and oversight are in place.
• Help ensure patient education and marketing statements align with approved protocols and applicable requirements.

Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Vendor Coordination:

• Coordinate with properly licensed pharmacies, laboratories, medical suppliers, and clinical vendors, including 503A and 503B pharmacies when applicable.
• Support due diligence regarding licensing, accreditation, sourcing, shipping, storage, handling, recalls, lot tracking, chain of custody, and product documentation.
• Ensure medications and clinical products are properly ordered, received, stored, documented, prescribed, dispensed, and administered.
• Maintain records for certificates of analysis, product information, lot numbers, expiration and beyond-use dates, invoices, shipping records, and vendor credentials.
• Coordinate laboratory orders, result routing, provider notifications, patient follow-up, and required signatures.
• Maintain consistent pharmacy, laboratory, and inventory procedures across both locations.

Leadership, Training, and Clinic Expansion:

• Serve as a clinical resource and escalation point for nurses, medical assistants, patient coordinators, clinic managers, and leadership.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff on protocols, documentation, medication handling, infection prevention, patient education, emergency procedures, and adverse-reaction management.
• Establish baseline, annual, and service-specific competency requirements and validate staff performance.
• Promote patient safety, professionalism, accountability, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, compliance reviews, emergency drills, mock audits, and interdisciplinary planning.
• Help create standardized systems that can be implemented across current and future locations.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Florida APRN license and autonomous-practice registration.
• Current unrestricted DEA registration.
• Graduate degree from an accredited advanced-practice nursing program.
• Current national board certification and BLS certification.
• Demonstrated IV access, infusion therapy, and infusion-protocol experience.
• Knowledge of adverse-reaction recognition, management, escalation, and documentation.
• Experience in an outpatient clinic, infusion center, wellness clinic, medspa, longevity practice, or comparable setting.
• Knowledge of medical-record documentation, HIPAA, informed consent, quality assurance, and clinical compliance.
• Experience developing or implementing SOPs, workflows, competency programs, logs, and audit systems.
• Ability and willingness to travel between both locations.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, leadership, communication, and independent decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current ACLS certification.
• Experience in longevity, regenerative, integrative, functional, or anti-aging medicine.
• Experience with peptides, metabolic programs, hormone optimization, IV nutrient therapy, or regenerative services.
• Multi-location clinical oversight experience.
• Clinic startup, expansion, or new-service-launch experience.
• Experience with pharmacy sourcing and 503A or 503B pharmacy relationships.
• Experience with inspections, audits, accreditation, regulatory reviews, EHRs, laboratory integrations, inventory systems, or clinical quality-assurance programs.
