Full Job Description Role Overview:

This position requires critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

Providing patient care within a specialized healthcare setting, adhering to department-specific protocols, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of one year of nursing experience. Certifications include ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider, APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider (within 12 months for oncology), ACLS (required for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty areas), PALS (for pediatric areas, with a 30-day window for non-pediatric backgrounds), and NRP (for NICU). L&D RNs must complete fetal monitoring certification prior to completing orientation. Newly licensed RNs must obtain ACLS and/or PALS within six months.

Additional Information:

Department-specific credentials and certifications are mandatory, and ongoing education is required for fellowship programs and specialty areas.
