What You'll Do:

Conduct pediatric supervisory visits in patients' homes every 2 weeks Assess the client's condition and overall care needs. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care being provided. Communicate with the family, caregivers, and care team as needed. Complete required supervisory documentation accurately and timely. Report any changes in the client's condition or care needs to the appropriate team members. Ensure care is being provided according to the established plan of care.

Qualifications:

Active Georgia RN License CPR + First Aid Certification Reliable transportation Pediatric or home health experience preferred
