Diagnosis/Skilled Needs:

Seizure Disorder G-Tube Dependent Responsibilities As the assigned Registered Nurse, you will: Provide one-on-one overnight skilled nursing care Monitor and manage the patient's tracheostomy Administer G-tube feedings and medications as ordered Monitor for seizure activity and respond appropriately Perform ongoing nursing assessments throughout the shift Maintain accurate and timely documentation Communicate with the patient's family and HC Roots Clinical Team Follow the physician's plan of care while ensuring a safe and comfortable overnight environment Why Join HC Roots?
