In person About the Position Magnolia Grace Senior Care is a concierge in-home care company serving clients and families in Georgia and Florida. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and organized Registered Nurse who loves working with people and brings a cheerful, welcoming attitude to our clients and families. This is a part-time, in-office position that also includes in-home consultations and nursing assessments. A compact/multistate RN license permitting practice in Georgia and Florida is preferred for occasional Florida coverage. Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations and nursing assessments, reviewing client needs, daily routines, functional abilities, and home safety. Develop, review, and update individualized care plans. Support client enrollment, onboarding, care coordination, and discharge documentation. Complete accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of assessments, visits, care plans, and client communications. Documentation and follow-through are essential to this position. Monitor changes in client needs and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate care team members. Communicate warmly and professionally with clients, families, office staff, and healthcare providers. Use computers, laptops, electronic documentation systems, and company-approved AI tools while protecting client confidentiality and verifying accuracy. Participate in two scheduled Zoom team meetings each month. Provide occasional Florida coverage as needed, with appropriate licensure. Qualifications Active, unrestricted RN license authorizing practice in Georgia. Compact/multistate RN license permitting practice in Georgia and Florida preferred. Experience in senior care, home care, client assessments, or care coordination preferred. Strong assessment, written communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Comfortable working on a computer or laptop and learning electronic systems and company-approved AI tools. Ability to work independently, manage responsibilities, and collaborate with the office team. Current CPR certification. Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
