In-Home Assessments and Supervisory Visits MCO Homecare Services LLC Location:

Buford, GA 30519; Duluth, Suwanee, Lawrenceville, Flowery Branch, and surrounding communities

Availability:

Immediate availability preferred MCO Homecare Services LLC is seeking an experienced Georgia-licensed Registered Nurse to provide authorized in-home nursing assessments, supervisory visits, and other approved nursing services in Buford and surrounding communities. Current and anticipated needs may include initial assessments, follow-up assessments, supervisory visits, medication and safety reviews, caregiver oversight, and other authorized nursing services based on each client's approved plan of care.

Responsibilities:

Complete initial and follow-up nursing assessments Conduct authorized supervisory visits Assess clients' health status, medications, safety needs, functional abilities, and care requirements Review mobility, transfer, fall-prevention, and home-safety needs Develop, review, or update nursing documentation and care information as assigned Monitor clients' conditions and promptly report significant changes or safety concerns Coordinate with clients, families, caregivers, agency staff, and authorized healthcare professionals Provide appropriate client and caregiver education Review caregiver performance and compliance during assigned supervisory visits Complete accurate clinical documentation within agency deadlines Clock in and out through WellSky for assigned visits Follow approved plans of care, physician orders when applicable, agency policies, HIPAA requirements, and infection-control standards Perform only services supported by the RN's professional scope, training, and verified competency

Required Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted Georgia RN license or qualifying multistate RN license Experience completing nursing assessments Relevant home-care, home-health, geriatric, or community-based nursing experience Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification Current TB clearance Current physical or health clearance Professional liability insurance Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Reliable transportation to clients' homes Ability to pass required background and employment screenings Ability to work independently and communicate professionally Ability to complete accurate clinical documentation within required deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience completing in-home initial and follow-up assessments Experience conducting caregiver supervisory visits Geriatric, dementia, chronic-care, hospice, or post-discharge experience Experience developing or reviewing plans of care Wound-care experience for potential future assignments Familiarity with WellSky or another electronic visit-verification and documentation system
