We are looking for dependable nurses who are confident working independently and committed to providing safe, high-quality, compassionate care with aloha. What We Offer Full-time, part-time, and per-visit opportunities Flexible scheduling Competitive pay: $40-$45/hour , based on experience Medical, prescription, and vision benefits Supportive administrative and clinical team On-call and referral bonuses of up to $1,000 Overtime and paid holidays at 1.5x pay Opportunities for professional growth Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes to the appropriate care team Administer medications and physician-ordered treatments Provide specialized care such as G-tube/tube feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilator support, and wound care , as applicable to the patient's needs Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and home care plans Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow HIPAA, infection-control, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Active Hawaiʻi RN license Pediatric nursing experience required Experience in home health, acute care, NICU, PICU, or other pediatric settings is a plus Current CPR/First Aid or BLS certification Valid driver's license or state ID Two-step TB clearance Fieldprint background check clearance Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and build trusting relationships with children and their families About InfiniteCare-Plus For over 10 years, InfiniteCare-Plus has provided compassionate, high-quality care to families and community members across Oʻahu.
