Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive annual home health risk assessments Evaluate patients current and prior medical history, medical conditions, and medication usage Educate individuals and families about healthcare conditions and medication management Identify potential gaps in care and provide appropriate recommendations No prescribing medications or developing treatment plans required

Desired Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho Current CPR certification (BLS) Board Certification through AANP or

ANCC MSN

degree from an accredited nursing program At least 6 months of recent NP experience preferred Enjoy excellent earning potential with $80$90 per completed evaluation, plus a mileage stipend and additional compensation for administrative time.
