What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while utilizing your clinical expertise, critical thinking, and judgment to support positive patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients across the continuum of care Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care Coordinate and supervise patient care activities Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Compensation Hourly Range:

$31.25 - $46.88 Performance Bonus Potential eligibility for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of established metrics. Additional details regarding bonus opportunities will be discussed during the interview process or upon hire.
