Job Description
The Nurse Lead at Adams Woodcrest Assisted Living oversees daily nursing operations and supports the delivery of quality, compassionate resident care. Responsibilities include leading nursing staff, coordinating resident care, administering medications and treatments as permitted, assisting with provider visits, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations. The Nurse Lead promotes resident safety, dignity, and independence while serving as a resource and mentor to the nursing team. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus

RN:
$20,000 /
LPN:
$12,000 Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
Requirements:
40 hours per week
•Second Shift 3:00 PM
