In this onsite role, you will plan and deliver orientation, skills training, and competency assessments for nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care and regulatory compliance. Working in a mission-driven, faith-based environment, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support quality and infection-control initiatives, and mentor caregivers while advancing continuous learning and professional growth. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and deliver orientation and ongoing education for nursing staff. Assess staff competencies and maintain required training records. Support compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and policies. Collaborate with leadership to identify learning needs and improve care quality. Coach and mentor nurses in clinical best practices and resident-centered care. Assist with audits, quality initiatives, and performance improvement projects. Ensure infection control, safety, and risk management practices are taught and followed. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to support resident outcomes.
