Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing / Rehab Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN Loogootee, IN $50-55/hour (based on experience) Looking for flexibility without sacrificing quality patient care? Staffing Strategies is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team supporting a respected skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Loogootee, Indiana . This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys caring for short-term rehab and long-term care residents while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team. Outstanding nurses may also have the opportunity to transition into a full-time direct hire position with the facility after meeting eligibility requirements. What You'll Do Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to rehabilitation and long-term care residents. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered. Coordinate care with physicians, therapy staff, and the interdisciplinary team. Accurately document assessments and interventions in the EMR. Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs while promoting a positive team environment. Educate residents and families regarding treatments and care plans. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
