In this role, you will provide expert nursing care to ensure the highest standards of patient safety, comfort, and care quality. As a Contractor RN, you will collaborate closely with our Case managers and director to deliver comprehensive patient assessments as needed. Your expertise in diverse in working with the elderly population will contribute significantly to positive patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Monitor and document changes if a client experience major health issues after being discharged from a hospital as ordered by the physician. Maintain compliance with DHH guidelines as appropriate. Responsible for assessing patient needs, providing education and support to the workers, clients and their families as needed and ordered by the physician. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with state Medicaid regulations. Submit assessment reports and progress reports to the case managers and the management team whenever an assessment or visit is made. Follow HIPAA and Medicaid confidentiality rules. Adhere to Medicaid service limits and prior authorization requirements. RN will be paid at least monthly upon submission of complete and compliant documentation when duties are completed. Responsible for their own taxes and insurance. Independent Contractor Status The RN is not an employee of Activities of Daily Living Services, Inc.. The RN will maintain their own professional liability insurance, current licensure, and continuing education.
