What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, adapting techniques to meet patient needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Utilize EPIC for accurate documentation of patient data and treatment plans Demonstrate excellent communication with patients and team members Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards Actively perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond to patient emergencies Educate patients and families about care procedures and ongoing health needs

What You Need:

Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana 2+ years ICU experience Current

BLS, ACLS, PALS

certifications from the American Heart Association Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification Proficiency with EPIC documentation Excellent communication and judgment skills

Preferred:
