Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams during diagnostic evaluations like laboratory testing to develop effective treatment plans. Educate patients and families on health coaching topics such as medication administration, nutrition, discharge planning, and post-acute care strategies to promote recovery and well-being. Qualifications Valid RN license in good standing; current CPR/BLS certification required. Demonstrated ability to perform complex procedures including venipuncture, phlebotomy, sterile processing techniques, ostomy care, and infection control practices.
