Flexible shifts available between Monday and Sunday Take control and create your own schedule Commitment offered on a minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly basis

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members Review prior medical history, current medical conditions, and medication history Educate members on medical conditions and their medications Identify potential gaps in care and provide actionable recommendations No responsibility for treatment plan creation or medication prescribing

Desired Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner License in Louisiana Board Certification via AANP or ANCC Current BLS (CPR) certification At least six months of recent NP experience is highly preferred Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution Enjoy competitive compensation, earning $80-$90 per evaluation, with a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time included.
