RN-Medical Oncology Hours:
32hrs
Shift:
Day shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm

Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Under the direction of the Manager, Patient Care, perform a wide variety of nursing duties involving providing comprehensive oncology education, treatment, and psychosocial support to the oncology patient and their families. Actively support assigned committees, tumor boards, or other services the manager may assign. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required. Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. A minimum of three years (3) Medical Surgical experience with special interest in Oncology is preferred. Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. Current CPR certification required. ONS chemotherapy/biotherapy certification and/or IV management skills required. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred or become certified Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the
COVID 19
virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
