We're a brand-new home care agency serving Marlborough and the surrounding communities, and we're looking for a kind, experienced Registered Nurse who wants to be part of something we're building from the ground up. This isn't your typical nursing job. If you're a nurse who loves caring for seniors but is ready to step away from the long shifts, hospital environment, or nursing home setting , this could be a really great fit. We're looking for an RN who can help us make sure our caregivers feel confident, our clients receive excellent care, and our families know they have a clinical resource they can count on. Because we're a growing agency, this role will start with a smaller number of hours and can grow along with us and our client base. What You'll Do You'll play an important role in helping us maintain a high standard of care for our clients.

Your responsibilities may include:

Training and evaluating caregivers on Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills Providing guidance and support to our HHAs and CNAs Reviewing and monitoring client care plans Providing clinical oversight and guidance Being a clinical resource for our caregivers, clients, and office team Answering care-related questions and helping caregivers feel confident in the field Participating in occasional client or facility visits when needed Helping us ensure our clients receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is not only a great nurse, but someone who truly cares about people and enjoys helping others succeed. You'll be a great fit if you have: An active Massachusetts RN license in good standing Experience with seniors, geriatric care, home care, or a related setting Strong communication and teaching skills A compassionate and approachable personality The ability to work independently Reliable transportation for occasional visits A genuine passion for helping seniors remain safe and independent at home Even Better If You Have...
