We are seeking compassionate, dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Responsibilities:

Medication administration Resident assessments and monitoring Documentation and communication with healthcare providers Support care planning and family communication

Qualifications:

Current Massachusetts LPN/ RN license Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred Compassionate and resident-focused approach Pay range $33-45 Why Join Legacy Care?
