9am-5pm Mon-Fri Job Summary Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for Adult DDA opportunities in Beltsville, MD. Responsibilities An RN working contract through Elite Medical Staffing at an Adult DDA facility may be expected to: Utilize EMR PCC to record patients' medical information and vital signs Assess resident health status and identify changes requiring clinical intervention Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans Monitor resident outcomes and communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members Perform skilled nursing procedures within scope of practice and facility guidelines Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident responses in the medical record Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members as appropriate Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active RN license Minimum 1 year of experience working in Adult DDA Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations Credentials Required Active and unencumbered MD RN License or Compact RN License Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport CPR/FA Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement About Elite Medical Staffing Elite Medical Staffing is a healthcare staffing agency connecting experienced nursing and allied healthcare professionals with flexible, high-paying opportunities.
