Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Staff Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. Your expertise will support a wide range of medical services, from acute care to long-term and community-based nursing, empowering patients on their journey to wellness. Duties Deliver comprehensive nursing care by performing physical examinations, vital signs assessments, and detailed patient evaluations. Preop/PACU Duties OR circulating experience if possible but not necessary Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions, following strict aseptic techniques and medical documentation standards. Manage complex clinical procedures Mostly Orthopedic ASC Coordinate patient care plans through case management, discharge planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across inpatient and outpatient settings. Utilize electronic health record SIS for accurate documentation of medical records. Respond effectively to emergency situations such as trauma incidents or acute pain episodes. Must be comfortable in an emergency being in a stand alone ASC Skills Proven experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring memory or dementia care. Skilled in critical care procedures including airway management, trauma medicine, ICU protocols, and emergency response procedures. Adept at performing invasive procedures like venipuncture, phlebotomy, catheter care Excellent assessment skills with the ability to recognize acute conditions such as infectious diseases or cardiac events requiring immediate intervention. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance during all aspects of medical documentation and communication. Experience working in an ASC already, is preferred. Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments like the OR and PACU while maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care. Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 40.0 per week
