Key Qualifications:
Current and active RN license At least 1 year of OR (Operating Room) nursing experience Knowledge of perioperative protocols and sterile technique BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist physicians during surgical procedures ensuring patient safety and adherence to sterile procedures Assess operating room readiness and maintain equipment/supplies Monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-operatively Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all regulatory standards
