Schedule/Hours:

Evening-to-morning shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM 13-week assignment

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Med Surg RN Active Michigan RN license Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the

American Heart Association Preferred:

Experience or exposure to telemetry Willingness and flexibility to float to different units, including lockdown when requested

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit, following established care plans and protocols Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes Respond promptly to changes in patient status, utilizing strong clinical judgment and communication skills Support a collaborative, safe care environment by assisting colleagues and adapting to various unit needs when requested
