In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, expert nursing care to individuals of all ages, from neonatal to geriatric populations. Your expertise will allow us to properly administer IV ketamine and IV supplementation treatment to our patients ensuring optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities Administer IV ketamine infusions, IV vitamin/supplement therapies, IM injections, and SubQ injections in accordance with physician orders and clinic protocols. Monitor patients throughout ketamine infusion and Spravato treatment sessions, assessing vital signs, mental status, comfort, and adverse reactions. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records, nursing documentation, medication administration records, and treatment notes. Provide continuous patient observation and therapeutic support during psychiatric and infusion-based treatments. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioner, PA, and Techs to ensure safe and effective patient care. Ensure compliance with clinic safety standards, infection control procedures, and regulatory requirements. Prepare infusion equipment, medications, and treatment rooms while maintaining a clean and therapeutic clinical environment. Support patient comfort, confidentiality, and emotional well-being in a compassionate mental health care setting. Monitor post-treatment recovery and discharge readiness, ensuring patients meet established safety criteria prior to leaving the clinic. Experience Bachelors of Science in Nursing Proficient in IV insertions Psychiatry experience preferred Treatment administration skills EMR knowledge
