Registered Nurse (Rn) - Sign On Bonus

Job Description

Sign-on Bonus:
$10,000 FT & $5,000 PTThe Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing, overseeing, and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans while ensuring the highest degree of quality care and safety. The RN supervises and supports licensed practical nurses (LPNs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and other team members to ensure continuity of care and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.

Supervises LPNs, Medication Aides, CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct carePlans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilitiesPrepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safetyReceives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as neededTransfers employees among units per staffing demandsCompletes performance evaluations and provides input on hiring, disciplining, or terminating staffAdjusts break schedules and resolves staff concernsOversee unit operations during absence of higher-level managementUse independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable lawsEducation and/or
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
