This is a private position for me in my home. You will have a private bedroom. I will be recovering for lower back surgery Duties Provide continuous nursing care Manage meals, showering, assit in bathroom needs Provide companionship and friendship Assist with doctor visits, prescription pick up, etc Coordinate with physicians and specialists for diagnostic evaluations, medication adjustments, and treatment plans involving procedures like botulinum toxin treatments or cardiac catheterizations. Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation . Respond promptly to emergencies or acute changes in condition using critical care protocols such as airway management or trauma medicine procedures. Experience Proven experience working as a registered nurse in diverse settings such as hospital medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, or long-term care environments. New Graduates are highly considered as long as some nursing experience Hands-on experience with advanced clinical procedures including IV insertion, suturing, laboratory specimen collection/processing, and infection control practices. Skilled in managing complex cases involving acute pain management and case management strategies. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a home environment while adhering to all safety protocols and medical standards such as HIPAA compliance and sterile processing techniques. Prior experience caring for individuals with disabilities or developmental delays is highly valued to ensure compassionate and tailored support. This role is ideal for motivated nurses eager to make a meaningful difference by providing expert care directly within patients' homes—empowering independence while ensuring safety at all times.
