Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid RN license in good standing Experience in a school, pediatric, or community health setting preferred LPN certification is a plus Strong skills in communication, assessment, and health education Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a middle school environment Compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to supporting student well-being

Key Responsibilities:

Administer care for students with acute and chronic health needs Educate students and staff on wellness topics, hygiene, and disease prevention Maintain accurate medical records and confidential health data Respond to medical situations and emergencies with clinical judgment Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to implement individual health plans Participate in health screenings, immunization tracking, and medication administration Support school initiatives focused on student safety and health promotion
