This position provides you with the opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on patient care and positive outcomes. As a Travel MedSurg RN, you will be responsible for managing the care of adult patients experiencing general medical conditions or general surgical procedures, which require complex assessments, high intensity therapies and interventions, and continuous nursing vigilance. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results. Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions. Direct and supervise care delivered by other healthcare personnel like LPNs and nurse aides. Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care. Educate patients on post-hospital treatment and medications. Required Skills Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Comprehensive knowledge of nursing procedures. High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. Ability to operate medical equipment.
