Role:

Provide direct patient care to our resident population, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and resident satisfaction Conduct thorough assessments and communicate findings to family members and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs Participate in routine quality assurance and quality improvement activities to ensure high standards of care Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other support staff as needed Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements Participate in on-call shifts as required
