  • Dialysis Registered Nurse
  • provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI's in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team.
Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.
Schedule :
Full-time, 30 hours/week, shifts start at 5:30am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts
  • Compensation
  • : Pay ranges from $40-$60 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience

  • Responsibilities
What You Can Expect:
+ Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met+ Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures+ Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching+ Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families+ Administer and chart all prescribed medications+ Follow
CDC / CMS
infection control regulations+ Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews+ Document required patient education efforts+ Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals+ Assist in medication inventory maintenance+ Lead a small patient care team+ Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed+ Additional tasks as requested Qualifications
