Qualifications/Experience:
Current RN licensure BLS certification required (ACLS preferred) Minimum one year of recent experience in Operating Room nursing Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Previous travel nursing experience a plus
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures Maintain sterile operating room environments and uphold infection prevention standards Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and document care Advocate for patient safety and coordinate post-operative transitions Adapt swiftly to new equipment, EMR systems, and organizational procedures
