Position Summary As an LPN or RN , you'll provide direct nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help ensure our residents receive the highest level of clinical excellence and compassion every day. What You'll Do Deliver quality nursing care according to individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Promote a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment Available Schedules Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN 8-

Hour Shifts Evening Shift:
