Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license
At least one year of Med-Surg nursing experience preferred
BLS certification (required)
Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills
Excellent communication and adaptability in new environments
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, competent, evidence-based care to adult medical-surgical patients
Perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications and document care
