Job Description
Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible travel nursing assignment (specific shift details provided during interview)
Qualifications:
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- At least one year of Med-Surg nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification (required)
- Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and adaptability in new environments
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, competent, evidence-based care to adult medical-surgical patients
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications and document care
- Coordinate with allied health and medical staff for optimal patient outcomes
- Provide support and education to patients and families
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols and quality standards
